I know some of you have already sent me messages about the firm where I’m currently part of, pero isa lang po ang masasabi ko lahat ATA ng firm, pare-pareho lang. Lalo na kapag busy season, dyan mo ma e-encounter yung mga walang consideration na manager, senior manager, or director. If you’re a staff, pati seniors minsan ganun din. Hindi po lahat, pero meron talaga lalo na minsan parang nawawalan sila ng konsensya just to meet tight deadlines, na kahit hihimatayin ka na or inaapoy ka na ng lagnat, you still have to stay and work overtime just to finish urgent or critical tasks. And whether we deny it or not, that’s how audit firms work.
So I suggest, if you’re currently looking for a job, pray not just for a job and a high salary, but also for a healthy environment where you don’t need to compromise your physical and mental health.
