I signed up for their service a few weeks back but have not been able to get the internet installed yet. Today was a no show which pissed me off as I had waited a whole day at home. I'm really considering cancelling the service and getting a refund and also filing a complaint with CCTS but I'm wondering if you need to pay to ship their crap back to them or if they give you a pre-paid label? I also heard they take 6 weeks to send you a refund via cheque, is that right? I'm just gonna call up my credit card company and do a chargeback if that's the case.
