I have been working in early phase oncology clinical trials for 4 years now mainly in the lab at the site level. My job involves specimen collection and processing, data entry, and ensuring protocol adherence across departments. Looking to get into monitoring and am unsure how to go about this. I cannot find any CTA jobs in my desired locations and have been rejected from every CRA role I have applied to. I guess I’m just fishing for advice or if anyone knows of any openings. Is being a CRC at my site really the best route? Or is there a way to get into the CRO side of things that I’m missing? TIA! Sorry for the long post!
