For the past 2 hours it has become genuinely impossible to load into the game due to bots capping the server out. Is it finally officially over?

For context i'm a returning player who's sitting on 200 BGL with no idea what to do with them. Yes i got these from gambling back in the day but just grew bored of it and want to actually play the game legit if its still possible. ik everything is ridiculously inflated now so im just not sure what to invest into or focus my attention on.

I'm trying to find a youtube video i watched as a kid. It was a homemade Toy movie of some soldiers facing off against other toy dinosaurs. Main plot points i can think of is a microwave that is used as a time machine, I believe there's a boat scene in there, And wounds were displayed with ketchup or red play dough. This video can be anywhere from mid to late 2000s. I know this isn't a whole lot to go off of but i KNOW that it's out there and i need to watch it just one more time!
