Hey guys, i have a job at amazon delivery station as a flex worker. I recently pointed out 8/8 points due to me having to take my child to the dr for a medical emergency. The dr excuse was denied due to ineligibility for taking care of a close family member. I received termination on may 6 but was still active in the system due to the termination process not processing yet. I spoke to my manager and she submitted the a ticket for my 2 points to be removed being that i was still active n told me return to work the next morning. The next morning the termination has proceeded and the next day my ticket for my points says the points will be removed in 16 hrs. I appealed n had a hearing today do anyone think i have a good chance?
