I live in Zone 3 in Northern MN. I have not started any seeds this year.

We're usually safe to plant by June 1st because of frost but the local greenhouses will be slim pickens by then.

I need suggestions for affordable grow lights to get me thru about a 2 week period before soil temps get to where I need them.

In the past I've bought plants early to mid-May but want to make sure I'm set for my grow season.

Plants will sit on at least 1 6 foot folding table. Possibly 2 side by side.

I'm about to get a batch of sauce going and I currently have some Thai Dragon chiles I'd like to use up.

I've seen adding Mint and Cilantro being a good combo for these peppers.

Any suggestions on when to add? With other sauces, I've usually waited to add the herbs after the ferment to make them a bit more prominent.

Thoughts? Thanks!
