So the original fence was rotting and the ivy on it had died so had to take it all out and replace the fence. In doing so l had to dig out an old stump and two small bushes.. I undertand that the soil wont be great for a while due to nitrates released from the dead stump so its been left for the last 4 months or so as is. I love the blue bells but really, forgive the pun, stumped, as to what to put in here? After something green, was thinking about Geraniun Rosanne, but any advice is very welcome! The area get a lot of sun (well as much as Britain can offer) in the morning till early pm.
