I have been having problems with my maker online account lately (FidgetKingdom Makeronline) Because when i try to redeem my coins for gift cards, it says that there is an anomaly detected in my account, and it has been saying this for over six weeks now. I have now emailed anycubic support twice, and it has been 2 weeks with no response, and i am getting very frustrated. So if you come across this post and work for anycubic, or think you can help thank would mean a lot!!
