Hi all. Throwaway for obvious reasons. I owe a £2k debt which I have stupidly allow go to a CCJ and now bailiff action.

I emailed the court named on letter I received to set up a payment plan, they took a few days to reply and directed me to the solicitors the debt was with. I set up an account, and instructed to call to set up a payment plan. I thought I had a few more days to do this, but just rechecked the letter and they are due to visit Monday.

I logged back into the online account to see who I could call or email and a payment plan option was now available. I set this up and made a first payment. I have emailed the court with confirmation that this is now set up.

I will of course call on Monday at 8am but how likely is it that the bailiffs will arrive before 8am on Monday?
