When do you consider your recovery done? Is this a lifelong recovery? Will I never be done recovering?

OK, I know this isn’t the right Reddit group, but I didn’t know where to put it. I am 27, female, I have a traumatic brain injury. I would like to know the best diet I should be having. The best diet for my brain as well as my body. I’m 27 years old, therefore my looks matter to me a little bit, so I want to make sure I look fit.

Fuck, I’m not sure if I’m allowed to say that on here. Although at this point in my day, I don’t really care, I’m having a beautiful day, but boring.
