UK return issue. Help!!
Hi all.
Purchased a sofa bed on Temu, paid via ClearPay stupidly but wanted to spread the cost. Item arrived with no hardware so unable to use. Due to a rush we purchased same bed on Amazon and arranged return. Seller provided 2 labels but no collection info. When chased they stated the items would be collected within 48hours. Still no collection. Evri then sent an email saying they had collected. They had not. Having contacted both freight companies both stated issues with label and new labels needed. Seller just keeps saying take to post office. Post office will not accept nor will any parcel shop due to size and weight. Temu keep sending same scripted answers and I have 2 massive boxes blocking wheelchair access. Seems I am fighting constantly against a broken machine. This has been ongoing for 2 weeks now.
What can I do here? Clearpay say I still have to pay. Seller says I have to return but wont set up new collection and collection companies will not deal with me and Temu seems to just send scriptedesages every 2 days.
