I'm 21(F), 58 kg , height 5 ft and want to lose around 8 kg. I started doing dance workout and cardio again a few days ago. I was working out for 3 months but later stopped exercising.
I have gained 6 kg of weight( previous weight was 52 kg ). I have bad eating habits.
Please give tips.
