Can anyone tell which is best. Supreme Sharpness vs Reinforced Sharpness?

Bros. i need help. There are lots of weapon and my slots are generally busy. i will use one in general weapon as sentinel scythe but as main weapon or boss fight weapon i dont know which i should build. a fire nanchaku or a iced nanchaku or a sentianel GreatCleaver or a sentinal Greataxe or a sentinal greatsword. I have all of these weapon build material but i cant build all nor i have enough books to enchant all.
