I wanted to discuss the future scope of stock market analysts in Nepal, especially with the growing interest in the Nepal stock market (NEPSE), technical analysis, portfolio management, and financial research.

I have a few questions for people already working in this field:

• How is the future for stock market analysts in Nepal?
• Are there good career opportunities in brokerage firms, investment companies, or research firms?
• What skills are most important nowadays — technical analysis, fundamental analysis, financial modeling, data analysis, or something else?
• Are there currently any vacancies or internship opportunities related to:
  • Stock market analysis
  • Research analyst
  • Portfolio management
  • Investment advisory
  • Trading desk roles
• Also, what is the process of entering the PMO (Portfolio Management Operator) ?
  • What qualifications or licenses are required?
  • Is starting a PMS/PMO business realistic for young professionals in Nepal?

A lot of projects are issuing the promoter share. Many of them are hydro, manufacturing etc. what do you think about their future ? Aile dherai IPO HARU AAIRAKO XA EVENTHOUGHT ITS BUSINESS IS NOT PERFORMING THAT WELL AND SOME OF THEM ARE ISSUING IN PREMIUM AS WELL. Like this in near future, will new IPO also be approved ? or its kinda bubble for the promoter. m thinking to apply a few promoter and I know that will be hold for 4-6 years even if everything goes well. All genuine suggestions will be appreciated. Thank you
