I purchased two rock royalty passes in January, we I still do not have them. Almost a month ago the email was sent out that they had shipped, but I am still waiting for them in the mail.
So far I have only recieved the hotel information, and the commemorative knick knacks they mailed out for the rock royalty package. Nowhere online I can access my tickets, and I am worried I won’t have my tickets in the next 7 days. The website to log in keeps telling me my email address is invalid

Does anyone else have this issue/concern?
