[USA] Looking for a 2-3 years old Acura MDX. Should I even bother with dealerships?

Hello,

When I was purchasing my used Honda Accord 9-10 years ago, I had a very negative experience with dealerships. Always hidden fees, suddenly updated prices, etc.

In the end I bought my Accord from Craigslist, got a great discount, one of the best purchases of my life.

Now I need to return to the market again looking for a 2-3 years old Acura MDX, or a similar luxury SUV.

Do I even bother with dealerships, or it's gonna be a waste of time again?

Can you share tips of buying a slighlty used car in the US?

Where should I look? What do I check? What do I ask? How do I make it safe? Etc.

Thank you!

Disclaimer: I'm currently watching various YouTube videos on how to buy a used car, etc. So I'm doing my homework too, in parallel. But I decided I'd ask here too in the mean time.

Hello,

I have no plans to play on public, just like learning and playing the piano for myself.

I love synthesia and find it's super helpful, however I'm afraid that I'm making a mistake by relying on synthesia too much and not learning to sight read.

What I do is - I always learn a composition in synthesia first. And when I play it well with falling notes, I then hide falling notes and learn to read it from sheet music. So in the end I can always play the composition well from sheet music. This way I develop sheet music reading at least a little bit. But anyway it feels like I'm cheating, and if you give me sheet music for a new compositions, it will take forever for me to learn it.

Am I gonna regret depending too much on Synthesia and not being able to play a composition from sheet music right away?

Hello, Please recommend simple but beautiful compositions for a beginner. I have about 130 hours of practice since I started learning piano.
