I think Sara’s inner voice may actually be coming from Sophia, or from the Man in Yellow using Sophia’s form.

In S4E4, it looked like Sophia was saying something or maybe praying in the room. Around the same time, Sara started breaking down and hearing the inner voices again. That timing felt too specific to be random. What do you all think?
