Does the North Park Village Nature Center Actually Close at 4pm?

This looks like a really nice hiking spot but I saw online that it has hours from 9am to 4pm. Is that just for the visitors center or can you not hike/walk the area after 4pm?

It’s my small dog’s first birthday today. I think she’d really love a cat tree but it’s very difficult to pick them out online or just looking at the box.

In previous places I’ve lived there have been large pet stores that have cat trees assembled so you can get a good look at them. Anyplace like that in the city (ideally) Or suburbs? I’ve been to Petsmart, Petco etc and they have maybe 1 cat trees assembled to look at.

My chi loves to climb, nest in high areas (my couch which is pretty low is the highest she can get).

Anyone have links or photos of a cat tree that has worked for your chihuahua?

I’ve read softer surfaces are important but outside of that I worry a little about the smaller platforms for jumping between heights because obviously a chihuahua doesn’t move like a cat

DIY balloon arch for a birthday party. I’ve read the Amazon ones are very low quality and the best option is to purchase them from a wholesale supplier.

Any suggestions? Online isn’t an option due to time constraints (last minute party is on Sunday)

Thank you in advance!
