Hello! This is the best rate I’ve seen in a while… but wondering if there’s a catch. I know escrow with taxes and home owners insurance hasn’t been included in the monthly. We are still looking at houses. Other than that… can someone smarter than me take a look at this and provide feedback? Putting 20% down and have a 770 credit score.
