Word has gotten out that MPRO FNS met with DUSEC today and DUSEC provided some more information. Sounds like their expectation so far is that BOTH capital region staff as well as regional office staff are going to be expected to move to a hub. There are other points that they acknowledged:

1. The unions still need to negotiate, so this may change for BU covered staff.
2. They're framing this as a choice, in some way. That is, "staff can choose to move, or..." then it seems there's an implied threat since it doesn't sounds like they elaborated.
