21f VSS since July 2025 first - first floater in may 2025

Hey everyone, I wanted to see if anyone else has experienced this or knows what it might be.

I have normal eye floaters that I can see sometimes, but recently I’ve noticed something different. When I squint, I see a bunch of tiny ring-like shapes — probably around 50 of them. They’re kind of transparent with a darker outline, and they only show up when I squint. If I’m not squinting, I either don’t see them at all or maybe just one occasionally.

This has been building over the past couple months — it started as just a few, and now it’s a lot more noticeable when I squint.

I did see an eye doctor about a month ago, and everything checked out at the time, but this specific thing has been more noticeable since then.

Is this still considered normal floaters, or could it be something else? Has anyone had something similar happen?
