I have a Master's degree in Human Resource and Information Technology Management. I was on an F1 visa, which means I was not allowed to work as an F1 student. But now I have my EAD, and I worked as an RBT for 3 months due to financial issues. I left the job because it was not for me. What other job can I apply for? I can learn skills if necessary.

I like to work in HR or IT(entry level) but the job description requires years of experience and HR & IT related skills, which I do not possess. I can work any kind of job if I get training for a week or two. My experience is mostly on customer facing role, but i don't want to continue that. I want to make a foundation to grow and learn in my field of interest.
