Any ways to prevent a receding hairline?
15M. I have a great hairline compared to some of my classmates. I really don't want to lose it and considering that my dad has a not-so-good hairline, I'm worried it's gonna start receding soon.
I sleep at least 7 hours and drink tons of water and moderately exercise, I avoid things that unnecessarily raise DHT (such as masturbation), is there anything else I can do?
