Recovered VHS broadcast from Jibhaainhulu

I made a VHS-inspired music video using AI visuals from my surreal noir universe The fican detective ArtFork from Jibhaainhulu.

Instead of making the visuals clean, I intentionally degraded everything — VHS noise, damaged frames, unstable colors, slow image decay — because I wanted it to feel less like a modern AI clip and more like a recovered late-night broadcast from another timeline.

The track itself is also a remix of my older song LOVE ON SHOUCHETU.

I’m fascinated by the moment when digital image stops feeling “perfect” and starts feeling strangely human.

Do you think damaged / degraded visuals can sometimes feel emotionally more real than clean HD aesthetics?

Tarot of Mr. Shortbread — an old watercolor indie deck

Years ago I created a deck called Tarot of Mr. Shortbread — an old Czech/English indie tarot based more on emotions and personal symbolism than traditional occult aesthetics.

I recently rediscovered the project and it reminded me how much of my later creative work actually started here.

I have nothing against AI tools — I use AI myself today in parts of my creative process, music and visual experimentation. But this particular deck was created differently: with watercolor paintings, scanned textures, photography and digital editing layered together by hand.

Mr. Shortbread was never meant to be “perfect.”
He was meant to feel fragile, strange, intimate and human.

Some cards are quiet. Some awkward. Some intentionally unresolved.

At the time, I was trying to understand my own emotions through symbols, tiny details and storytelling hidden inside ordinary objects.

No epic fantasy universe.
No polished commercial aesthetic.
Just one small melancholic world.

Created by: Antonín Deliš
Techniques used: watercolor, scanning, photography, digital editing.

I still feel strangely protective of this little deck after all these years.

Budget: basically 0.

I shot this tiny Alien fan film after leaving a job during a very ugly period of my life.

One night I suddenly woke up, grabbed my phone and took a cardboard Xenomorph I had built a year earlier into a Prague underpass to shoot this.

It was around 38°C outside. I filmed the entire thing in about two hours and edited it before morning.

Very DIY. Very personal. Very sweaty.
