TNBC diagnosed January 2025. Reached PCR in July 2025. I had raised ALP before diagnosis in january 2025 (154). February 2026 it was 174 and now its around 168. I am having on and off lowerback pain. I have had a hernia for a long time now but I am still worried. Oncologist and GP are not worried at all.

I, however am linking the lower back pain with the raised ALP. My calcium is normal and everything else of my blood work is normal too. I feel like I have a bulge sometimes when I walk.
