I hired Wolfbrook property in Hawke’s Bay to mange my property. They signed a tenancy agreement on 31/3/26 with 2 tenants that we selected and were happy with.

Today 16/4/26 they produced another tenancy agreement signed 31/3/26 with the 2 tenants we agreed with plus 2 tenants we had no idea about. We certainly did not want 4 people in the house. Is this fraud? What can I do from here. I would never suggest this company to anyone, particularly Karina Dean. Absolutely pathetic
