I live nearby and am trying to find a hobo lease starting this summer and I just got a quote that included a 10% brokerage fee for the YEAR’s rent. I’m stunned at that number. And to think I found the damn apartment online.

Need to know if 10% of 12 months rent is typical. Also if there are other ways to go about the apartment hunt that will help me skirt that
