Is there any legit AFK method that still works?

Yesterday I attempted to do one (opening Phone up and staying on the internet screen, turning off CEO/MC) and wedging the left controller stick so the cursor continues to move but I'm not sure if that one works flawlessly. Does anyone still use this one and can verify it fully works as in they left the game on overnight? Can't ask anywhere else.
