I seem to have watched too many movies and shows, and now I'm left looking for new ones to watch. Can you recommend some?

What I loved, for references:

- Crime documentaries (I've watched nearly all that involved dead people, even the bad ones)

- Something very bad is going to happen

- Stranger Things

- The Apothecary Diaries

- Radioactive Emergencies (I love series based on true stories and true tragedies/accidents)

- The Days

- Dept Q

- Dark

- 3 Body Problem

- Bodies

- 1899

- Knives Out (all series)

- Wednesday

- Mindhunter

- Queen's Gambit

- All of Mike Flanagan's works on Netflix

- Homicide & True Detective

- The Sinner

- Monster (all series)

- The Chestnut Man

I really, really love mystery, detective, or murder stories. But I prefer that it's not dragged out unnecessarily, which many series with 5-10 seasons usually do. I have watched many Nordic detective series. I prefer to watch series with little to no romance.

I've noticed that many people have double standards. And I can't really understand it.

If someone else talks about you behind your back, you get angry and feel that it's unfair that you're not given a chance to defend yourself. But when you're gossiping or 'whining' about someone else, it's fine because you're just 'pouring your heart out' or 'share your concerns' with selected people.

If someone makes a mistake, you judge them. But if you make a mistake, you have thousands of excuses to justify it.

Why can't we hold ourselves accountable if we demand the same accountability from others?
