While dealing with my own NotePin issue (firmware 2.1, 40 days, no resolution), I checked Plaud's Instagram. Their own followers are telling the story:

  • "I've never encountered worse customer service" — account locked since Nov 21, no help
  • "Ordered in October, still haven't received it"
  • "I have sent several messages to customer service and haven't had a response"
  • "Support@plaud.ai is not even responding"
  • "@mkbhd please report on this"

This isn't isolated. It's a pattern. No delivery. No support. No accountability.

“Amplify your intelligence”… or just your patience?

Bought a Plaud device, everything fine until an official firmware update.

After that:

  • no audio at all
  • device basically unusable

Support experience (40+ days so far):

  • multiple escalations
  • no decision
  • no one with authority
  • same responses repeating

Everyone is polite, but nothing actually moves.

At this point I’m just documenting the case publicly.

If anyone here had a similar issue or actually got a resolution, I’d like to know.
