While dealing with my own NotePin issue (firmware 2.1, 40 days, no resolution), I checked Plaud's Instagram. Their own followers are telling the story:
- "I've never encountered worse customer service" — account locked since Nov 21, no help
- "Ordered in October, still haven't received it"
- "I have sent several messages to customer service and haven't had a response"
- "Support@plaud.ai is not even responding"
- "@mkbhd please report on this"
This isn't isolated. It's a pattern. No delivery. No support. No accountability.
