Hey all! I had a left tubal ectopic pregnancy diagnosed towards the end of March of this year and was treated with 1 dose of methotrexate. Towards the end of April my HCG finally reached zero. Fast forward to today and I think my body is trying to get my period back and I feel AWFUL. I’m cramping so bad and I am so NAUSEOUS! I’m used to bad cramps but this nausea is insane and not something I usually get during my periods. Has anyone experienced this before when their period came back??
