My manager is often frustrated when I ask a questions. And our 1:1 meetings feel very dismissive. Our last 1:1 she was looking down at her phone the whole time. How do I address this in the best way that I feel I am not getting the support and assistance I need? I have tried to be patient but it’s starting to get very frustrating for me. I feel like I am trying to figure out everything on my own.
