Hi guys! I’m looking for a male (ideally an incoming junior) to take over my year long lease from June 22, 2026-June 12, 2027.

It’s a 1 bed / 1 bath shared with one other roommate in Isla Vista (Picasso Road) a few minutes from campus. Rent is about $2,800/month ($2,600 for rent + $200 flat fee for water, trash, gas, and electricity) split between both and it’s pretty spacious.
