Hi, this is only my 3rd back to back cycle (I have lost weight with mounjaro and my periods are slowly coming back). I have been ttc so tracked my ovulation with oura.
I ovulated according to natural cycles on 22nd of April. Last week I started to have breast tenderness, and on Thursday started to have very mild cramping. On Saturday (10dpo) I had very very light brown spotting start, cramps still occasional. Yesterday I went for a bowel movement and had a flow of red bleeding, which then went back to a light flow of brown. Again today, I have more moderate cramping, only red bleeding when going for a bowel movement, and straight back to a light brown flow.
Has anyone else had this? I’m concerned at the cramping and backache as this has been days, the cramping is only intensifying but I don’t seem to be going into a proper period. My breasts are still tender, and I should have been due to start my period on Saturday/Sunday if in line with previous cycle. Thank you
