i had seen somewhere during the visa application process that the first day is september 1st, but that there would be certain orientation events beforehand and so we should aim to be there 1-2 weeks early.

so does anyone know how early we can come in to set up our dorm room? otherwise i’d have to get a hotel room for the orientation weeks
