I’m hiring for a remote role with an AI startup supporting the founder and his team.

This is not a typical VA job.

If you’re looking for simple task work with a fixed ceiling, this is not for you.

If you want a clear path to higher income, real responsibility, and the opportunity to grow into an operator role tied to business performance, keep reading.

EST working hours required.

---

What you’re getting into

This role is designed as a growth track:

Entry-Level Contributor → Operator → Domain Owner → Revenue-Aligned Operator

You will not stay in the same place unless your performance stays in the same place.

Compensation, responsibility, and decision-making authority all increase based on what you prove you can handle.

---

Compensation (Hourly)

Phase 1 (0–3 months): $3.00/hr

Phase 2 (3–6 months): $5.00 – $6.50/hr

Phase 3 (6–9 months): $7.00 – $8.75/hr + 0.5% profit share

Phase 4 (9–12 months): $9.50 – $12.00/hr + 1% profit share

Phase 5 (12–18 months): $13.00 – $16.50/hr + 1.5% profit share

Phase 6 (18–24 months): $17.00 – $20.00/hr + 2%+ profit share

Important:

You are not locked to timelines. High performers move faster. The timelines in the phases are targets, not absolutes.

---

Profit Sharing

Once you reach Phase 3, you receive a percentage of net profit tied to the business unit you contribute to.

Below $200K MRR:

- Phase 3: 0.5%

- Phase 4: 1%

- Phase 5: 1.5%

- Phase 6: 2%

At $200K+ MRR:

- Phase 4+: 2%

- Phase 5+: 3%

- Phase 6: 4–5%

This is not a bonus. This is participation in the outcome.

---

What you’ll actually be doing

Early:

- task execution

- organization

- follow-ups

- basic outreach

- pipeline management

- CRM ownership

- coordination across tools

Later:

- owning full workflows

- making decisions

- optimizing systems

- process improvement

- contributing to growth and revenue

End goal:

You operate like part of the business, not a task assistant.

---

How I work

I’m direct.

I don’t micromanage, but I expect:

- responsiveness

- follow-through

- accountability

I’m open to being challenged if it’s logical and respectful.

If something is wrong, we fix it. If something works, we scale it.

---

My background (so you know who you’re working with)

I’ve spent nearly 20 years working at the top Silicon Valley companies, in high-level technology environments, including:

- global large-scale enterprise systems

- major infrastructure projects

- work in high-security and high-stakes environments

- AI work dating back to early enterprise AI systems

A lot of that work is under NDA, but the point is:

I’ve seen what top-tier organizations actually have access to.

Most businesses don’t see those capabilities.

That’s what we’re building here.

---

What we’re building

We’re not just “using AI tools.”

We’re:

- building systems

- connecting workflows

- removing operational waste

- helping businesses do more with less friction

The biggest problem right now is not access to tools.

It’s that most people don’t know what’s actually possible.

That’s the gap we’re closing.

---

Who this is for

You’ll do well here if you:

- want to grow into something bigger than a VA role

- take ownership of your work

- communicate clearly

- think, not just execute

- are comfortable learning quickly

You won’t do well if you:

- want fixed, repetitive tasks forever

- avoid responsibility

- need constant direction

- are only focused on short-term pay

---

What matters most

Not where you start.

What matters is:

- how fast you learn

- how much you take ownership

- how much impact you create

---

Bottom line

This is not a job.

This is a path to:

- higher income

- real skill development

- long-term opportunity

You don’t just get paid.

You grow with the business and share in the result.

---

If you’re interested, send:

  1. Your experience (short and direct)

  2. What you’ve owned vs just executed

  3. Why this type of role makes sense for you

Keep it real. No copy/paste applications.

I'm ready to execute and get started.
