I have been taking 10mg zolpidem nightly for probably 8 to 10 weeks. Is it safe to take a half dose for a week and then half that again? Obviously prepared for some withdrawal effects. It doesnt work half of the time for me anyhow.
Has anyone taken propranolol to stop the palpitations and adrenaline surges? I found an old script for 10mg which was prescribed to me several months ago (oops). After months of being ok, last night and today I've had a racing heart and palpitations. Don't want it to affect my sleep tonight.
I still have diarrhea from the prep. I took 2 loperamide nearly 2hrs ago and then took another 2. I have had one small diarrhea movement but my bowels are gurgling like crazy and dont feel like they are slowing down. Does this seem strange? I could sleep all last night because of the bowel noises.
