I'm a low voltage technician and I do a lot of copper cat6 and cat6a terminations leading to a lot of the ends being collected. For example, I spent the last week working in a closet and collected this much, only a few pounds but it's free for me and comes from work. I'm sure it isn't worth cutting the jacket off to get to the clear copper because it would take far too much time. does anyone know an efficient way of getting the most return from the scrap yard? please and thank you
