Hello! I’m planning a move to Nashville within the next month and have been trying to research safe areas/apartments before making the jump. I’ve visited Nashville four times and absolutely love it, especially the Hermitage area.

I’ve been looking at SouthPoint at Stones River Apartments and wanted to ask if anyone here has experience with them. Is the area generally safe? Are the apartments themselves decent/well-managed?

I’ve seen pretty mixed reviews online (especially on Yelp), and since I’m moving across the country, I’m nervous about ending up stuck somewhere that turns out to be a bad fit.

Any advice, experiences, or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
