Please exclude fishetarian I am not a fan of theirs, but what would you say meets the creamy salty soup we all love. Hog Island? The Marshall store?

Notice any difference? Was thinking of taking the spare out to make it a little lighter but wasn’t sure if the gains are worth it? Anyone try and notice anything good? I’ve got roadside assistance so towing isn’t a concern. Thanks all.
