I typically play $1k/week - Keno only on hard with max selections.

Terrible past month. I'm averaging 15.4% win rate (normally 19.69%)

I reached out to my host, I have never once received a loss back or token in my vault. I sent her these stats and asked, hey do I have any bonuses, none.

How much/how long do you have to lose to get any loss back?

Also, isn't this like shit RTP? I feel like I typically get hundreds of thousands in PT "99%" RTP should have a lot more.
