In "Witch Hat Atelier" Quifrey collects water from the clouds to create a giant dragon (to fight a normal-sized dragon).
What volume of clouds would he need for this and how big of an area this would clean on a cloudy day? (Let's assume the blue dragon weights ~15 tons and has a lenght of 13-15 meters with a tail)
