I have a small kitchen that’s 10 feet long & about 7 feet wide (& that includes the space for fridge/ range/ sink). Need a 4-5 feet bottom cabinet (which contains the sink) removed. New laminate countertop & sink installed over a newly created wooden shelving unit (in place of bottom cabinets). Need a few additional things like vinyl sheet flooring placed after the old flooring removed. If anyone has suggestions of who does smaller scale renovations I’d appreciate it. I do want quality work but on a budget not luxary. Virginia Beach oceanfront area.
