HELP!

In Tomodachi Life LVTD, when I'm doing my Mii's makeup, the game crashes. From that point on, it lets me into the game, but it doesn't get past the loading screen. I tried switching to OpenGL, and it worked, but the screen froze, and I could only hear the audio and interact with the game. I've tried everything, but nothing works.

Even though my components aren't the best in the world, at first, I was playing normally at 20-30 fps.
