Found this growing in my raised garden bed mixed in with the leafy greens. Not sure if I am interested in eating this, but my curiosity is getting the better of me and wants to know what this is. And how would I prepare it if it’s is edible

Also, does this have any potential harm to the nearby edible leafy greens?
