Has anyone else noticed that the 'Fortunate Finds' section disappears once you have more than enough Platinum?

I was getting daily Fortunate Finds offers when I had around 1.8k Platinum. The bundles were usually priced at ~1,800 Platinum and were actually really good ones, like Illumination of Sunbringer and Red Devil's Revolution, etc...

But after I upgraded my DLC to Ultimate (when I had around 5k Platinum), the section just disappeared. If this is true, it feels pretty shady ngl.
