How do you play the Cold Sun Tribes in Q'barra?
I'm planning a short OSR-ish game, based on Shadowdark, set in Q'barra. The focal point of the session will be a dungeon where Cold Sun lizardfolk and Blackscale are also present. I wonder what could be the tells that set the neutral/goodish Cold Sun tribe memebers apart from the evil Blackscale ones.
