Hi, I have recently started a basement renovation and came across this insulation on my heating pipes. I've heard that corners often contain asbestos, but the middle also looks a bit sus.

In the middle it is more of a paper texture around the innermost layer, in the corner it feels like it is outside of the "hairy material"

The photo of the sample in pulverized form is from the corner. The other is from the middle of the pipe length.
