






22 weeks out WNBF BRAZIL
Currently 81 kg, 175 cm, 22 years old.
Training split: Biceps + Push | Triceps + Pull | Legs | x2 (with different exercise selection for each rotation)
Aerobic training: 30 minutes of low-intensity incline walking on the treadmill, plus 1 hour of swimming on rest days.
Two more weeks in the off-season, then prep officially starts.
I’ve been pushing hard to maximize the improvement phase before stepping into a longer and more structured contest prep.
The last picture is an older photo from my previous gaining phase, around a year ago, at roughly the same body weight. I find the comparison interesting because it shows how much physique quality can change even without major scale changes.
Starting posing practice and vacuum training consistently now, since I want to take presentation as seriously as the physical development itself.
