I built a PC, but my fans run at maximum speed during startup. In Windows, they become quiet through L-Connect. I connected all the fans to the Lian Li Edge and I used the 3 splitter sata cables. First I used the L wireless controller without cables but after this issue I connected the L-Wireless controller to the chassis fan header (3 pin to 4 pin, I don’t know if this will be an issue) and still max speed fans with startup.

On the Lian Li Edge, I also connected a internal USB cable via MSB signal to the the motherboard usb connection. What am I doing wrong here? Do I need a pwm cable connection via msb signal to the cha fan header maybe?

I also chanched the fan curve in the bios and set it to pwm so so that’s not the problem normally.

I just read that I can also fix this issue with onboard memory via l connect 3 but I don’t see that option there.
